Spay/Neuter Assist Program
Spay/Neuter Assistance Program for Cats
Spaying/neutering your pet is the only effective way to reduce the pet-overpopulation problem. We realize that this vital surgery is cost-prohibitive for some families. That’s why the SPCA of Luzerne County offers a spay/neuter assistance program for low income households in Luzerne County. The Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is funded entirely by private donations to assist with the cost of spay/neuter surgeries for owned cats, which is where the need is greatest.
