S/NAP - Spay & Neuter Assistance Fund



Program Information

The current SPCA Low Cost Spay/Neuter Assistance Program we have in place is for cats only, because that is where the immediate need lies. It's designed solely for those in financial need, those who are on some type of public assistance and can verify that they are. Anyone meeting the criteria should contact Valley Cat Rescue at 570-824-4172. Valley Cat Rescue is administering the program for us.

We also have a Low Cost Spay/Neuter Fund at The Luzerne Foundation which we are trying to grow, but it's been slow going. Anyone can make a donation to that fund.
